Assistance from Dave and Taylor was exceptional in the removal of a squirrel that decided to take up residence in our attic. Their conduct was honest and professional. During their work, they informed me that a quoted item was unnecessary, and subsequently removed it from the final invoice. Moreover, on one occasion when I thought they had finished, they took notice of a loose dryer vent cover and fixed it without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness was quite pleasing. We are relieved to report that the squirrel has vacated our attic and found a new abode a considerable distance away.
