On Sunday night, my refrigerator ceased functioning but I managed to schedule a service appointment for the following morning, from 9 to 11 am. This level of service is truly excellent. Luckily, the issue resolved itself overnight, but I still had a technician named Alex come by to inspect the appliance and discuss potential issues. It's reassuring to know that someone can promptly evaluate the situation, and the price of $55 is quite reasonable.

Dan did an excellent job, and I am extremely satisfied with the work he completed. Last week, Alex came to my house and proved to be an amazing appliance repairman. My washer was malfunctioning and wouldn't respond to knob selection, making it difficult to turn on. However, Alex fixed the issue in just 45 minutes. I've previously had to deal with repair guys that would take multiple days to complete a job, but Alex's service was quick, easy, and same-day - a perfect fit for my busy schedule. With his excellent humor, fair pricing, and the fact that my 6-year-old washer runs like new again, I couldn't be happier! Thus, I give Alex a 5-star rating!
