Flexdolly's team promptly responded within 30 minutes of my inquiry and managed to accommodate me for the following day. My requirement was to uplift a spacious chaise sofa to replace the mat underneath. Nas arrived on time, kept me updated regarding his expected time of arrival, efficiently separated the two-piece couch, switched the carpet, reassembled all the sections, and assisted me in rearranging the interior. I am overjoyed with the remarkable service provided and express my gratitude towards the team.

Due to the size of the TV hutch, I had to maneuver it along a convoluted path to transport it inside the house. Fortunately, a crew arrived and expertly disassembled the old hutch to dispose of it while skillfully transporting the new one. Their adaptability and problem solving skills in moving this massive object amazed me. They conducted themselves with respect and professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend this crew and will definitely enlist their services again. Thank you for your excellent work!

The service received from start to finish was superb. We required a 250 lb vanity sink to be transported up three flights of stairs and the response time was impressively prompt. Communication was excellent, both via text and in-person upon arrival. The team introduced themselves courteously and methodically planned out the entire process in sections to ensure it made it to the third floor. Gratitude for making the experience stress-free and effortless.
