West Coast Air deserves 5 stars across the board for their exceptional work, professionalism, affordability, punctuality, responsiveness, and honesty! I was in dire need of air conditioning repair services, but other providers only pushed me towards an expensive new unit that would have cost over $14,000. Fortunately, Christian from West Coast Air arrived just a few hours after I called and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. He was upfront about the age of the unit and its eventual need for replacement, but he provided a temporary solution to our current issue. Christian was incredibly thorough in explaining the repair process and patiently answered all of our questions. Overall, I have complete faith in West Coast Air and will definitely hire them again in the future without any hesitation.
