With over 18 years of experience as a Coach, Counselor, and Consultant, I provide Individual and Couples Coaching services. Additionally, I provide motivational training, assistance in achieving your goals, thought-retraining, spiritual healing, and finding your life's purpose. Coach Sol was fantastic! Her demeanor is highly professional, welcoming, compassionate, and perceptive. Admittedly, I felt a bit uneasy as I lacked any prior therapy experience, but she put me at ease and established a comfortable atmosphere. Sol genuinely listens, never judges, and actively engages during each session. Finding someone as proficient as her to assist us with our marital struggles would be a formidable challenge for either me or my spouse.
