The interaction with HNL and their representative, Josh Brashear, left me dissatisfied. They strung me along for weeks, pretending to be interested in bidding on and working on my renovation project, but eventually went radio silent and backed out. Their excuses, including a price minimum and labor shortages, could have been communicated upfront, rather than wasting my time. It took contacting the owner, Joe, directly to finally receive an explanation. Now, I am starting from scratch to find a reliable construction contractor. In addition, the contractor responded in an unprofessional and rude manner after I left an appropriate review. It is important to heed other reviews that also mention HNL's rude and demeaning behavior. Finally, Owner Joe Thacker attempted to intimidate me into changing this review, even threatening to ruin my career. This type of abusive behavior is unacceptable, and I advise others to steer clear of this company.

After purchasing a new home, we felt that it was necessary to modernize it. Our primary concern was the kitchen, as we were unhappy with the layout and design. Furthermore, we required assistance with selecting suitable styles and colors. Fortunately, HNL impressed us from the outset- the team they assigned to us, which included a personal interior designer named Lindsay, was exceptionally polite and professional. Based on our input, Lindsay created a mood board and suggested different layouts for our kitchen. After considering our options, we opted for the chosen layout- the entire team did an exceptional job. Ruben, our Project Manager, coordinated each phase and ensured that everything was completed on time. We're thrilled with our stunning new kitchen and are pleased to give Josh and his team a glowing 5-star review.

My acquaintance in Trophy Club recently expanded their home with a beautiful addition. After inquiring about their contractor, they recommended HNL Construction to me. HNL Construction added a game room to our house, revamped our kitchen, and upgraded our master bathroom. To assist in our decision-making process, HNL offered us a complimentary interior designer who provided exceptional 3D renderings. Thanks to Josh and his team, we have rekindled our affection for our residence and would gladly suggest their services.
