Cullen and his team were exceptional. During our initial call, I expressed my desire for a tailgate-inspired wedding, and months later, Cullen meticulously handpicked each dish to align with our vision. His friendly demeanor made him so easy to talk to, and it was apparent that he genuinely listened to our needs. Additionally, many of our guests enjoyed speaking with his team. Beyond the excellent service, Cullen went above and beyond by providing extra tables for our event. The highlight of the entire experience was, of course, the food! We wanted to avoid a formal, sit-down dinner and instead provide our guests with mouth-watering dishes. Each meal had an abundance of flavors, and days later, people were still speaking highly of the food. I highly recommend the ribs, potato salad, and gator chicken. We were elated with the RTCC’s services and highly recommend their catering company.

Our wedding was made even more amazing thanks to Cullen and his team! We were on the lookout for a food truck that served delectable dishes and the Reno Rub Shack checked all our boxes. At Truckee Thursdays, we met Cullen and sampled his delicious food, and also got to know him on a personal level. He was always on time with his menu and pricing for our wedding, which was quite reasonable given the quality of the food he prepared. His dedicated and friendly staff made all the difference, and our guests couldn't have loved the food and trucks more. The food was served fast and was absolutely scrumptious. We highly recommend Reno Tahoe Catering and the Reno Rub Shack to everyone!

On several occasions, including birthday and graduation parties as well as my daughter's wedding, I have enlisted the services of Reno Tahoe catering and the Rub Shack. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional level of service provided. Without hesitation, I will be utilizing their services for all of my future events.

Cullen provided catering services for the rehearsal dinner of our daughter held at Lake Tahoe. Despite the special dietary requirements of my wife and daughter, Cullen was able to deliver exceptional gourmet dishes. We particularly enjoyed the delectable pork barbecue and the superbly prepared beans that came with it. The service was exceptional and the food was served promptly and steaming fresh. We highly recommend Cullen for any occasion.
