Our downtown Great Barrington, Massachusetts practice is a family affair, run by a mother and daughter team. We take a practical and down-to-earth approach, providing traditional Reiki sessions in-person or remotely, HeartMath® Coaching, and Reiki Counseling services for the whole family. Our aim is to provide assistance to adults, teenagers, and children who are coping with various conditions such as anxiety, burnout, stress, insomnia, chronic illness, Lyme disease, end-of-life concerns, and those who wish to augment traditional therapies. Our approach is rooted in practicality and groundedness. Our services include in-studio Reiki and HeartMath® sessions, home visits in the southern Berkshires, and virtual sessions worldwide. We are dedicated to social justice and equitably providing our services to all. Our $30 introductory sessions are available daily.
