The leasing phase includes preparing your property for rental, conducting advertisements, showcasing the property to prospective tenants, processing prospective applications, approving applicants, and drawing up all the lease documentation. Our leasing fee is equivalent to 50% of the first month's rent.

Our tenancy phase involves ongoing monthly services, which include tenant communication, rent collection, and handling any necessary maintenance or emergency issues. This service is catered for under the management fee of 10%.

Lastly, the move-out phase comprises pre-inspection, property walkthrough, and transfer of ownership. This concludes one lease, tenancy, move-out lifecycle and commences another.
