With over 23 years of experience and certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council of Exercise, I have helped numerous individuals in achieving their weight loss, body sculpting, balance and stability enhancement, nutrition guidance, and structured workout objectives.
As a holistic lifestyle coach, I offer holistic methods for achieving a happier and healthier lifestyle while simultaneously building strength, tone, and posture enhancement.
I operate throughout San Diego, primarily in Carmel Valley and La Jolla regions, and commute to various locations providing home and virtual training services for clients who are far away.

James exceeded all of my expectations as a trainer and then some. His extensive knowledge of fitness is immediately apparent in every session, and his true passion for training shines through. I have only had one session with him, but he definitely knows his stuff. He has a great personality and provides helpful instructions on maintaining proper posture while exercising. He also gives good dietary advice.

They say that you get what you pay for and that you become like the people you surround yourself with. This rings true when you choose to work with James. He has been my personal trainer for nearly seven years and as a result, I am physically and mentally stronger, more motivated, and more knowledgeable about fitness than ever before. James meets you where you are, but be warned, he will not let you remain there. He prioritizes your safety but consistently encourages you to exceed beyond your own limitations.
