For a few years, I had worked with my previous manager, but I never knew that management could be this amazing! Robbie and his team are super attentive, always available, and communicate excellently. Although I was a bit skeptical of their low prices at first, I needed to get my property ready for rent. To my surprise, they did an outstanding job, and I even cross-checked their prices with contractors on CrackerJack – there was no comparison! Not only were they affordable, but they also completed the job speedily. I approached them at the end of November, and my property is already rented out for January 1st.

With his excellent skills, Jake successfully completed a small renovation project for me. Although I didn't require a property manager at the time, Jake's quotation for the job was one of the most competitive. We're delighted with our bathroom remodel, despite awaiting a customer shower head to complete the tiling. The quality of Jake's workmanship was outstanding.
