This team is absolutely outstanding! They are incredibly fast, proficient, amiable, and considerate. Both Luke and Troy arrived right on schedule and were very meticulous in separating the rubbish from the non-rubbish amidst the cluttered side yard. I highly recommend them.

I ultimately chose a different company that charged less. However, I encountered a problem with 1800-Junk's communication. Despite informing them that I had found another service provider, they still attempted to schedule an appointment and relentlessly called and texted me with reminders. Even after deciphering that I didn't need the appointment they had scheduled, they called me leaving a message that they would be arriving two hours late. It wasn't until someone texted me that they finally took notice and understood that there was no longer any need for their services. My experience with their inefficient communication has me hesitant to consider them for any future jobs.
