This individual is dishonest. They visited my house to take measurements and promised to email me, but I received no communication from them, despite checking all email folders. Upon bringing this to their attention, they assured me they would send a follow-up email the next day when they were in the office. However, I received no email from them after business hours the following day. It is important for others to be aware of their lack of reliability and inability to fulfill promises. This is not an attempt to damage their character, but rather a warning for those considering hiring them. They have a history of making false claims and not following through. Therefore, they cannot be trusted.

However, when 10:30am rolled around, I called to inquire if anyone was still planning to attend but received no answer.
