The owner, MJ, went above and beyond, personally attending the shoot and going to great lengths to answer all our questions, ensuring the filming process was impeccable. I can only speak highly of MJ. After a last minute no-show from a previously scheduled guest, I was in a frantic state to find a videographer based in Plano, TX. Despite reaching out to various videographers through Instagram, many responded with unavailability or a lack of response altogether. However, when I discovered MJ's profile on CrackerJack, he immediately responded after hearing my story and promised to come, despite living an hour away. His professional and timely work on the video I needed that morning was superb, and he even honoured the same rate that I was supposed to pay the previous videographer who cancelled. Although he wasn't able to film my second podcast recording due to scheduling conflicts, MJ showed great professionalism and trust that morning. I will surely be considering MJ for any future projects and recommending him to everyone I can.
