In Massachusetts, the number of Z-Health certified professionals is limited. Being one of them sets me apart from other Personal Trainers, especially when dealing with clients suffering from joint pain. At first, I sought Pete's help due to being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee that severely impeded my ability to walk. Pete started by conducting an extensive consultation where he took the time to listen, assessed my flexibility and mobility, and developed a program that was customized specifically for me.
We met on a regular basis, averaging two to three times a week, and consistent effort and perseverance paid off. After four to six months, I began to feel significantly better, and walking became much less painful.
Pete is an exceptional trainer, known for his individualized approach and dedication to his clients. He creates personalized programs for each person and consistently provides valuable information that helps them achieve their desired outcomes.
