I had an excellent experience at this place. Terry assisted me promptly and attentively, taking into account all my requirements for a package. I left with everything I desired at a reasonable price. It was far more pleasant than contacting the company directly, where I would have encountered uninformed call center representatives who were only interested in pushing sales and forced me to wait for a long time on hold. I highly recommend this establishment and will surely revisit when it's time to renew my contract.

After making a single call, we secured an appointment for the installation of our satellite system. Ozzie arrived promptly and tackled the job with enthusiasm. Although he encountered some delays and frustrations along the way, he maintained a cheerful disposition and persevered until the task was complete. He even had to leave briefly for another job before returning to the site to finish up. By evening, we were already watching TV and were very pleased with the quality of service we received. We highly recommend Ozzie to anyone in need of such services.
