With her expertise and knowledge, Shantell was patient and incredibly helpful in simplifying my complicated situation. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund from the IRS this year, as I usually end up paying them. Additionally, I amended my last year's taxes and learned that I should have received a refund instead of paying the IRS. I highly recommend Shantell and give her a perfect rating of 10 out of 10!
