Beginning in 2012, my lifelong passion for culinary arts and career in film production culminated in the pursuit of my food service businesses. Through diverse experiences and events, I have specialized in several areas that set Green Chow Down apart in the catering industry. Each event is unique and special, and I customize menus based on preferences, themes, purposes, and any dietary requirements. I take pride in preparing a wide selection of globally-inspired cuisines, including Pan-Asian, Pan-European, Pan-Latin American, Pan-Middle Eastern, and Pan-African fare, as well as traditional American and California fresh dishes. Additionally, I specialize in creating fusion dishes and catering to dietary restrictions such as gluten-free and vegan options. My ability to "veganize" menus and offer the largest selection of plant-based and gluten-free options makes Green Chow Down stand out.

My team and I use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients and follow a farm-to-table, slow-food approach when creating our gourmet menus. We also offer full-service options including staffing, equipment rental, bartender partners, decoration, and event planning and coordination. We have served at noteworthy events that range from cooking for airplane passengers to serving behind the Black Eyed Peas on stage, and can accommodate specific dietary needs such as kosher and halal menus.

We cater to both corporate and personal events, including conferences, team building, holiday parties, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, retirements, showers, and memorials. Our dessert menu includes a variety of options, from gluten-free to low glycemic sweetened, vegan, paleo, and keto. We also specialize in incorporating logos onto icings and frostings. All team members are certified as food handlers, and I am certified as a food safety manager.
