Upon seeking a deep tissue massage, Keegan promptly scheduled an appointment and the communication was seamless. Upon arrival, Keegan was fully prepared and attentive. The massage was outstanding, as Keegan effectively worked through areas of muscle tightness. He was also mindful of a significant muscle issue in my left arm, which had been treated with steroid injections that were beginning to wear off, causing pain and stiffness in my right shoulder. Keegan’s skillful attention and targeted stretching helped alleviate the pain and I have not had any significant discomfort since the massage. I am extremely grateful for this experience as stress and pain can be debilitating, but having a knowledgeable massage therapist, such as Keegan, can truly make a difference.
