What an incredible encounter! Our washing machine outlet was giving us trouble and although I attempted to fix it, I became frustrated when I thought I had wired it incorrectly. As it turns out, I had wired it correctly, but there was another issue: the breaker switch was disconnected. I never would have discovered this without Naim's expertise, and I would have been driven insane. He expertly diagnosed the issue and we now have a functional outlet. Naim is our hero! He is extremely kind, professional, friendly, and non-judgmental, even with our messy house. We will certainly hire him again to install some extra outlets for us.
