I had a great experience working alongside Adam and his team to have a Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater installed, which was shipped directly to my home by Home Depot. They were able to replace my old, worn-out gas unit seamlessly. Communication with them was top-notch both through the CrackerJack app and over the phone. Their pricing was competitive and fair. The new heater is working perfectly and is expected to save me over $300 annually, in addition to a 30% federal tax credit on the purchase and installation. I highly recommend doing your research if you're interested in this technology since most local plumbers may not be proficient in this area. Although Riptide installed the water heater in a slightly different way than I had anticipated, I was able to follow up with Adam. They explained their methods thoroughly, and even offered to change it if I wanted. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with the installation. Thanks again!

My experience couldn't have been better. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem swiftly. Unfortunately, my dishwasher is at the end of its life and couldn't be repaired. Surprisingly, there was no charge for the diagnosis. I am certain that I will call upon them for all my plumbing requirements in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
