Regarding shower basins, I've mastered the installation art of both mud-job and pre-sloped basins from Laticrete, Schluter or Quick Drain, fitting center, off-center or linear drains. Additionally, I liaise with your preferred plumber or refer to mine to ensure proper drain placement. Applying a waterproof membrane to the wall surrounds accounts for the shower walls.
To guarantee longevity, prevention of water damage and cracking, I emphasize fitting the appropriate sub-floor and wall support.
