As a teacher, I believe in customizing my approach to each student rather than relying on a uniform method. To determine the best book for a student, I consider factors such as age, prior musical experience, and goals. From the start, I teach my students to become independent learners, empowering them to progress on their own. My monthly rate of $94 covers weekly 30-minute lessons, while a 60-minute lesson costs $182 per month. I hold a BMus degree, allowing me to teach classical music at advanced levels, as well as reading from chord symbols, various church styles, pop, and more. Music theory instruction is included in my lessons. I thoroughly enjoy teaching students of all ages, from 5-year-olds to adults, and embrace the changing challenges that each new student brings.
