Avoid working with Your Moments Media. I have never encountered a more unprofessional and impolite individual in my lifetime. Not only were we provided with terrible footage, but the company's owner behaved in an excessively emotional and unprofessional manner. Even though my husband and I are both laid-back and easygoing, we were stunned by the way we were treated. I would not recommend Your Moments Media based on this experience. I usually do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in order to prevent other customers from being subjected to the same treatment as my husband and I. We are extremely dissatisfied with the final product of our once-in-a-lifetime event, but we are even more disappointed with the unpleasant treatment we received and the disrespectful manner in which we were addressed as consumers.

The decision to hire Your Moments Media was the finest one we made when planning our wedding! Connor and his colleague arrived on our big day ready to go, and their ability to be in multiple places all at once left everyone in awe. Their presence felt entirely natural and relaxed, and we never felt uncomfortable. Connor exudes a cool and collected energy that is exactly what you need during a hectic wedding day. They captured our moments so elegantly and organically. Even after receiving our final wedding video, Connor went above and beyond for us. Although we initially chose a smaller package, we were so impressed with his work that we requested more. Connor was extremely gracious and began re-editing our video to make it longer without hesitation. He even accommodated my requests to change the music to better fit the party/dance section of the video – which turned out perfectly. He was also generous enough to let us add more elements later. As a result, we now have a treasure trove of live moments with our families, friends, and even our beloved dog who acted as our ring bearer. Watching the video brings back all the emotions and joy, giving us a chance to relive our magical day again and again. Working with Connor was a pleasure, and he is a consummate professional. We can't thank Your Moments Media enough for capturing and preserving our special moments.
