As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of where to even begin. I reached out to Denny, who coincidentally shares my name, on a Friday and mentioned that I had come across a house while driving that I was interested in. At that point, I had yet to secure a realtor. Denny offered to show me the house the following day and I agreed. As soon as I laid eyes on the property, I knew it was the one for me. Surprisingly, it was the only house I even looked at. I had originally planned to wait at least six months before diving into home ownership, as I was still under a lease for my apartment. Despite this, when I shared my positive feelings about the house with Denny, he suggested that we put in an offer right away. However, at that time, I hadn’t yet obtained pre-approval. Nevertheless, Denny was quick to recommend Nicole with MJW and, by Saturday night, I had secured pre-approval. The very next day, Sunday, I submitted my offer after viewing the property just the day prior. Long story short, my offer was accepted and I secured the house. As a first-time buyer, Denny’s extensive knowledge and guidance on what steps to take and which inspectors or finance companies to use, were key factors in my successful experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is new to the home buying process, as he is always available to answer your questions and meet up when necessary.
