However, the only downside was that they installed the wrong color - instead of the desired brown (heritage-weathered wood), they used a medium or dark gray shade that does not match the specifications.

The professionalism and quality of work displayed by them was exceptional. They were always punctual and kept me informed about any suggestions or updates. Moreover, they were very friendly. I am planning to hire them again for my next project as I couldn't have expected anything better.
