If you're having trouble viewing my availability on CrackerJack, please reach out to me directly for accurate schedule details. I am available for 1-on-1 personal training in Dublin, Ohio, or online training at your convenience. With either option, you'll receive customized workouts, nutritional guidance, weekly check-ins, and monthly goal meetings.Additionally, I'll be offering spring group training sessions starting March 13th. These 1-hour, total body strength training sessions are limited to 4 people per group and held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If you're interested, enrollment opens Monday, February 27th. You can also add on workout app access for added convenience. Please message me for more information or to schedule your training session.

Training with Lauren has been an absolute delight!!! I used to be indecisive about starting a fitness regimen, as I have never been successful in adhering to one. However, she formulated a schedule that was suitable for me, and the outcome was phenomenal! In the course of six months, I managed to shed approximately 25 pounds and enhance my physical fortitude. I have been working with Lauren for training since around June 2022 and she is simply amazing. I chose her as my trainer because of her solid credentials and certifications, which was crucial for me after having a sports injurious experience with a poorly informed trainer.
Lauren is excellent at demonstrating the proper technique for every exercise, even ones that we have covered numerous times, and she keeps a close eye on me to ensure that I'm performing them correctly. If there's anything wrong, she gently corrects it or works through the movement slowly before returning to a full-paced exercise.
I used to believe that exercising had to involve high-intensity workouts that left you worn out and depleted, but Lauren has shown me the benefits of low-intensity, high-impact exercises. She also keeps things engaging by creating new sets every time, which helps me stay motivated to remain consistent.
When it comes to diet goals, Lauren takes a practical approach and understands that certain foods are non-negotiable. She'll work with you to figure out a plan that allows you to keep those foods while balancing out the rest of your diet. Although I'm not a fan of diet culture, Lauren's low-pressure strategies won me over eventually.
Overall, Lauren is always striving to improve and find creative ways to be an excellent coach. You couldn't ask for a better trainer!

Lauren is a top-notch trainer who aided me in shedding 13 pounds and numerous inches. Her workouts were both intense and manageable, never leaving me feeling swamped. She brings a lively spirit to training, serving as a fantastic motivator, without resorting to the typical aggressive hollering of other trainers. Her skill in communication is excellent. Investing in her is definitely a wise choice. Give it a go!

Lauren is an exceptional trainer who clearly has a strong understanding of her craft 👏🏻 . Having trained with her for two months now, I am continually impressed by her level of encouragement, support, and aid throughout our sessions. Surprisingly, I find myself enjoying our workouts, something I never thought possible when it came to going to the gym.
What sets her apart from other trainers is her one-of-a-kind weekly check-ins. It is evident that she is highly invested in her clients' fitness and nutritional objectives. Additionally, her punctuality and efficient time management throughout each session are excellent.

Recently, I commenced training sessions with Lauren. Engaging with a new trainer can prove to be a daunting task, as it involves the creation of a personal connection. However, I relish our workout sessions, as the activities are diverse and different every time, while also placing focus on the areas I seek to enhance. She is highly responsive during the workout as well as throughout the week. Additionally, she is approachable and provides invaluable tips and guidance. The workout area is tidy and furnished with state-of-the-art training equipment. Hence, I would suggest considering Lauren (Body of Steele, the perfect name for a trainer) for those on the lookout for an excellent trainer.
