Regrettably, the process encountered some preventable hiccups. Nevertheless, we trust that the team will heed our input to prevent similar mishaps from occurring in the future for their clients.

We engaged Victor and his team at VL Builders to undertake the task of completely finishing our basement, which is approximately 700 square feet. This project included framing, insulation, installation of new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as installation of an egress window. The end result was a beautifully finished living room, full bathroom and a bedroom. Though we gave him a tough time at times, we were pleased with the outcome. Victor is one of the most hardworking, honest and trustworthy contractors we have ever worked with; his expertise is second to none. We not only enjoyed our experience working with Victor, but he also exceeded our expectations with the deliverables. We will certainly hire Victor again in the future, and we highly recommend VL Builders to our family and friends.

Our home had an active leak, and the source was unknown. VL Builders completed a comprehensive inspection and devised a plan of action. They also aided us in locating additional contractors to inspect the masonry of our chimney. The team performed work on the roof surrounding the chimney to put an end to the leak and exceeded our expectations at every turn.
