He ensured that all individuals were proficient in performing CPR. He conducted a training session for our neurology office comprising of six members. However, there were a few things that did not sit well with me. Firstly, we had agreed on commencing the training at 8:30 am, which he claimed would finish in two and a half hours. On the day of the training, he arrived after 10 am, and the session only concluded at 1 pm, inclusive of what occurred thereafter. Secondly, he requested that everyone leave a review of his services on their personal Google or Facebook accounts. Although I didn't mind him asking, it would have been more acceptable if he had furnished us with a handout listing his company name on both Google and Facebook, along with instructions on how to leave a review, should anyone wish to do so later. However, he went to each person individually and requested that they review him immediately. Personally, I did not have login credentials to either site on my phone, and he repeatedly approached me, seeking confirmation of my review, which was inconvenient. It was inappropriate for him to insist that each of my employees review his services before the class ended. I would have gladly left a review later in the day when I was back at my desk, but his behavior made me feel uncomfortable. Although the training itself was satisfactory, there were certain aspects of it that were unimpressive.

Mazi was fantastic! He was welcoming, supportive, and covered all aspects of the CPR/AED training with clarity. I was grateful that he could accommodate me on short notice.

Although I was impressed, I am still awaiting my CPR.
