I am an enthusiastic Yoga Teacher with over 4 years of experience leading students through Hatha Yoga with Sivananda influence, along with 10 years of personal practice. I am a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the National Yoga Alliance Registry. With thorough knowledge of Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing) techniques, Meditation, and other spiritual elements, I can provide excellent guidance to my students.
I possess a natural ability to conduct both calming and energetic classes, all while urging students to remain present and connected to their mind-body-breath connection. By promoting stimulating work, I lead my students to experience true happiness and essential aliveness within themselves. My teaching style emphasizes simple, practical, and logical methods whilst infusing eastern techniques of healing.
I cater classes to individual needs, whether it be for weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility, better balance, and medical considerations, including trauma and anxiety, by modifying poses and providing stress management techniques. My dedication towards teaching comes from the heart, and I always remain engaged with my students throughout class.
Additionally, I am a certified Chair Yoga (including wheelchair), Ayurveda Specialist, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga teacher, making me adept at teaching students with various needs. I also have specialized Yoga training in blood pressure, hypertension, and PTSD, enabling me to assist students with specific health concerns better.
