With more than two decades of experience as a Notary Public, I am a Mobile Notary & Signing Agent. I became a certified signing agent in March of 2017. I specialize in, but am not limited to, Real Estate loan document signings. Additionally, I have performed various types of notarizations such as I-9 Verifications, Title Loans, Trusts, Debt Settlements, and more.

My services cover Simi Valley and its surrounding areas. For the right travel fee, I also service other areas of Ventura County, parts of Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara County.

I offer dependable and reliable service with integrity. I always arrive on time and maintain a professional demeanor. No task is too big or too small. I accept both electronic and overnight documents.

Upon discovering that our credit union does not offer notarization services for real estate documents, I came across Terri on CrackerJack. She proved to be highly accommodating and promptly answered all my inquiries at a reasonable cost. Upon arrival, she had prepared pens, hand sanitizer, fingerprinting wipes, and other essential supplies. Moreover, Terri was willing to travel to our location if we preferred it.
