Omar and his team were outstanding! Despite having numerous rocks and obstacles in their work zone, they handled everything with utmost professionalism, returning everything back to its original condition. Unfortunately, due to the scarcity of wooden materials as a result of the pandemic, the cost was greater than the initially quoted price. However, Omar reached out beforehand to notify us of the situation, which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with Level 10 again in the near future, perhaps for an iron gate.

I highly recommend Level 10 for their excellent service! My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The owner promptly responded to my request and Cesar arrived punctually. Cesar is a professional, polite, and skilled technician with great communication skills. He fixed the roller, but what impressed me the most was that he went above and beyond, tightening bolts, replacing worn parts, adjusting the chain, and using WD-40 to ensure everything was running smoothly. He also checked the door multiple times by having me open and close it until he was satisfied it was working properly. He clearly takes great pride in his work. Omar is an exceptional professional who replied to me promptly. He came over the same morning and successfully replaced the springs. In addition, he lubricated and tightened other fittings while making necessary adjustments to ensure that our garage door operates smoothly. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and will definitely rely on him for any future projects. I am already planning to hire him for another project, which involves converting a manual door to one with an opener.
