Nick, a representative from Dry Effect, was efficient, well-informed, and displayed a high level of professionalism. Following a recent drainage backup that I took care of, I was apprehensive about the possibility of mold development and sought out expert assistance. Knowing that Dry Effect performed both testing and remediation, I was anticipating a push to employ their services. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Nick conducted a thorough inspection and after discovering no visual or olfactory indication of mold growth, recommended against any further testing or remediation. Today, I had a meeting with Josh to discuss a problem with one of my rental properties. However, Josh informed me that he was running late as the landlord had not provided him with the key to lock up the property. I am grateful that he called to notify me of the delay. After examining my unit, Josh revealed that there was only an issue with the caulking on a recently installed tub. He provided detailed instructions for the repair to my property manager, and I am thankful for his helpful and considerate approach.
