Arturo and his assistant were outstanding! My washer and dryer were moved with utmost care, and one was placed on a roller. They promised to put the other on a roller as well, but Amazon made a mistake by indicating that I received four rollers instead of two. They also installed three shelves for me, comprising two floating shelves and a weighty one that belonged to my deceased grandparents. I'm immensely grateful for their efforts and highly recommend them, particularly since they'll return to install the other roller when it arrives. Thank you so much!
