My Whirlpool double oven stopped functioning after a self-cleaning session on a Sunday, just before Thanksgiving. I contacted Empire Tech and they promptly sent a technician to diagnose the issue. It turned out the fuse had blown internally. The technician returned the following day and replaced the fuse, and now my stove is running as good as new. The price was reasonable and the technician called before arriving. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them as a lifesaver.
