Anthony arrived precisely on schedule, and while he couldn't clean the delicate plastic pipe with their brushes for fear of damaging it, he suggested installing a durable metal vent pipe instead. Steve, the technician, was amazing. One of my dryers was struggling to dry clothes quickly. However, he cleaned it and changed a faulty vent cover, and the results were astounding. They were skilled (and neat) - a delight to have in my house. I strongly recommend their services!
