I contacted Juan and his team to help me upgrade the kitchen and bathroom of my Boston rental property. The outdated laminate counters and backsplash that had been around for 20 years needed an overhaul. As I resided in NYC, it was important for me to work with someone who could complete the job efficiently within a reasonable time frame. Knowing my preference for Carrara quartz marble, Juan offered to utilize the same material for the backsplash, which surprised and delighted me. The quotation was reasonable, so I agreed to proceed. Juan kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire process and accommodated my schedule change gracefully. I was worried about how things would work out given that the floor installation was taking longer than I had anticipated, but Juan suggested getting the job done at a later time, which gave me some peace of mind. Not only was JJCZ responsive and professional in every aspect, but they were also flexible and top-notch communicators. The end result was stunning and transformed my outdated kitchen remarkably.
