Dmitri arrived promptly and was well-prepared to complete the task at hand. While the cost of the repair, which was based on the duration of the labor (approximately 1.5 hours for a fee of $215), was slightly high for the installation of a washer drain pump, considering the cost of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement pump (at a cost of $75) and the total invoice ($290), it was deemed worthwhile given that the leaking of this component could cause damage to the cabinet where the appliances had been installed. All things considered, the experience was positive, although it still left the impression that it wasn't necessarily the most cost-effective option.

If only I could choose all five options! Dmitri was incredibly courteous and exhibited a high level of professionalism during his maintenance of my washing machine. He executed the task flawlessly.
