While I cannot attest to their abilities in other areas of landscaping, they demonstrated mastery over all aspects of the job they did at my residence. Their efforts are much appreciated, and I highly recommend their services.

Our yard and garden had been neglected for years, so we turned to CrackerJack for help. After researching contractors, we decided to hire Smith Landscaping. We contacted Nick Smith through the app, and he promptly got back to us and scheduled an appointment to assess the work. Nick was attentive and listened carefully to our ideas and concerns, taking detailed notes. He was transparent about the timeframe for starting the work due to prior commitments. Although we were eager to begin, we appreciated Nick's honesty. Shortly after, we received a professional estimate, complete with renderings of Nick's interpretation of our vision. When the day finally arrived for the work to commence, Nick and his crew were a bit delayed, but they called to inform us of the situation. The team thoroughly reviewed the project scope and swiftly began the work. They tackled dead Azaleas, leaves, and other tasks right away and worked tirelessly until complete, only taking a break for lunch. We don't have many pictures of the "before" as there wasn't much to capture. Additionally, a large hill in front of our house had become overgrown with mulch and was impossible to mow. However, we are thrilled with the results and plan to contact Nick again in the fall to re-seed dead spots. We only wish we had more pictures to show just "how much a difference a day makes"!
