Alicia from Apex displayed great kindness and adaptability when I needed to reschedule multiple times. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome of the job! Having never had my carpets and couches professionally cleaned, they had taken on the odor and appearance of the animals that live in my home. I had no hope for a solution to this issue, but the results were phenomenal, which has allowed me to feel comfortable in my home again. At the moment, he is in the final stages of completion. The tile floors appear pleasing and he assures that they will have an even better look once the grout dries. This house was constructed three years ago, so we might as well give the tile a comprehensive cleaning.
