He performed exceptionally well, going beyond the call of duty by removing our side door to accomplish the replacement of the old dryer with the new one. Furthermore, he was meticulous and tidy, leaving no mess behind.

On a Friday, I reached out to Plumbing Solutions for assistance with a drain problem. However, they failed to show up until the following day, which was a Saturday. To my dismay, the technician had charged me a fee for rendering services on a weekend. But thankfully, the administration team got in touch, expressed their apologies for the error, and waived all the incurred charges while also compensating me for the service.
