The Fab Folk

The Fab Folk is a melodious band that comprises an acoustic duo. They play Beatles songs and other tunes with a folk inflection using vocals harmonies, acoustic guitar, mandolin, and percussion. They have played in multiple venues across the Rocky Mountain area for audiences of all ages, including celebrated events like the Utah Arts Festival, America's Freedom Festival at Provo, The Grand America Hotel, Thanksgiving Point, Homestead Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Alta Resort, and Park City TV. Their music has a mellifluous and lively tone that will captivate the audience, especially those that were familiar with the tunes from their youth. However, they are also great for introducing younger generations to family-friendly music. The Fab Folk is a duo made up of husband and wife, Melissa Dupree Haws and Jake Haws. Having both met through their love for music, they have performed together on several other projects over the years. Their sets are well-crafted with their unique spin on classic songs and influenced by contemporary indie folk artists like Bon Iver, Iron & Wine, The Shins, Wilco, and Fleet Foxes.
