After being ignored by three other flooring professionals who promised to follow up but never did, I was pleasantly surprised when Patricio kept his scheduled appointment and gave me a reasonable quote for the job. He began working right away and completed the task promptly, arriving and leaving on time and cleaning up after himself. I was so pleased with his work that I immediately hired him to do another floor. His honesty and reliability are truly admirable, and the finished floors are absolutely beautiful. Despite the job being for my sister's residence in California, I trusted Patricio enough to hire him all the way from Delaware and he showed great trust in me by allowing me to handle payment arrangements. Outstanding workmanship and extraordinary professionalism make this company stand out from the rest. There are simply not enough accolades to express my satisfaction with their services.

Although it has been a few months since my experience, I must commend his exceptional professionalism. The work I required was completed expeditiously and to a flawless standard. I would have appreciated some room for price negotiation, but nevertheless, I do comprehend the circumstances.
