My impression of their service was initially positive as they accepted the job with knowledge of our location and their customer service was exceptional. However, the night before our scheduled appointment, I received a message informing me that it had been cancelled due to us being outside of their service area. I am disappointed that they accepted the job and assured us that our location was not an issue, only to cancel it last minute. Adding to the frustration was the fact that the service person was not informed of the cancellation and had traveled a fair distance before being informed by me. This situation could have been avoided if they reviewed their service areas on CrackerJack and verified the address and ZIP code prior to accepting the job. Such mismanagement causes unnecessary frustration and should not be excused with a simple apology - they must learn from this experience and take measures to improve their service.

Avoid wasting your time as they have sprayed three times without any noticeable difference. Their spray contains soap and is advertised as a form of birth control, however, it has proven to be ineffective.
