He is regularly available for phone contact and often works at night, unless occupied with show-related duties. The company possesses a remarkable level of knowledge and expertise in video, sound, and lighting techniques, and continues to upgrade its equipment and knowledge base. Despite being a young company, NKProduction has a vast national database that includes locations such as Dallas, Miami, Hawaii, Utah, Las Vegas, NYC, and its home base of Los Angeles. NKProduction takes pride in adhering to safety regulations and prioritizes safety measures over cutting costs. The company is committed to hiring only competent and reliable subcontractors, with Nathan overseeing most of the work at job sites. In my recent six-month project, NKProduction served as a sound recording consultant. Once again, Nathan was prompt in returning my call and provided thorough answers to all my queries. I have also had the opportunity to witness Nathan's consultancy skills firsthand during my attendance at several events, where his advice was professional, informed, and fitting. However, the company could benefit from additional clerical support. As a young and small enterprise, it is currently not feasible to employ a bookkeeper/secretary. Nonetheless, I anticipate that the company will pursue such measures as it grows.

Annually, my company hosts multiple events. In the past, we relied on the in-house AV technicians provided by the rental space, regardless of their quality.
