I offer personal training, yoga instruction, and nutrition coaching in person or online. As a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutrition coach, I take a functional approach to fitness that focuses on enhancing muscle mobility and movement quality for your everyday life. My expertise is primarily geared towards women and couples aged 40+, who have had previous injuries, joint discomfort, or back pain. I strive to meet my clients where they are and provide them with a clear path for progress towards maintaining health. Additionally, I believe in educating my clients on the importance of spinal health, given my own experience with mild scoliosis. Due to the high numbers of COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts, both clients and I must wear masks during in-person sessions.
