Meeting Rich and Bactronix was a fortunate encounter for us, as our business had been severely affected by the Corona virus. We were impressed by Rich's extensive knowledge of chemicals and their applications. Despite our busy schedule, he accommodated us by scheduling the spraying at night. A retest conducted 60 days later confirmed the continued effectiveness of his product. Although we were prepared for another round of spraying, Rich advised us to hold off. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and will certainly engage Bactronix's services again.

I absolutely adore these guys! After receiving three price quotes from various companies, it was evident that none of them possessed the level of expertise that their sales representative demonstrated, not to mention they charged twice the amount. In contrast, Bactronix's salespeople did not resort to pressuring me to file through my insurance company, which would have led to an increase in my rates, nor did they attempt to place an unlimited price. I am thrilled with the excellent work performed by Bactronix!
