The Five Star Painting team, led by Mr. Cano, were truly a godsend. Our builder had botched the paint job and we turned to them for help. They not only corrected all the issues with the walls, ceilings, and trim, but they also did it with remarkable care and attention to detail. The final result is stunning, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Furthermore, they were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Advantages: 1) Reasonable pricing 2) Flexibility with changing schedules (rescheduled multiple times due to changing close dates on the house) 3) Extremely responsive owner 4) Diligent approach towards covering dark colors with light colors to prevent the old color from showing through 5) Assisted with moving boxes away from walls in painted rooms 6) Removed and put back all faceplates on outlets and switches Disadvantages: 1) Inconsistent daily schedule without prior notice, with arrival times ranging between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm and departure times ranging between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm, making it difficult for those with less flexible schedules 2) Messy work, with paint splatters not being handled with care. Though most of it was cleaned up after the job, some paint was left behind, requiring additional scrubbing to remove it. 3) Unfinished look around certain areas, such as baseboards, not being noticed until after completion.
