Steven Rapoport, CCIM

Steven is a broker with Chicago Real Estate Resources and a lifelong resident of Chicago. Since 2010, he has successfully completed over 250 real estate sales and leasing transactions, with a focus on mid-market investment properties in Chicago valued between $500,000 and $5,000,000.

In 2016, Steven earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is awarded to only 6% of commercial practitioners nationwide. There are currently only 55 commercial Real Estate Brokers in a 20-mile radius of downtown Chicago holding this designation. CCIM members successfully complete thousands of transactions annually, representing more than $200 billion in value.

Steven has been recognized as a top producer, earning eight sales awards from the CommercialForum, a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors. Only 2% of the 2,700 eligible members are able to produce the high volume of sales required to rank among the best Chicagoland Commercial Brokers for the year.

Before his successful career in real estate, Steven worked as a licensed real estate appraiser, gaining valuable insights and connections throughout the Chicago area. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and maintains active memberships with CCIM, The National Association of Realtors, and The Chicago Association of Realtors.
