Led by Keith, who is a licensed class A general contractor and a licensed master electrician, we have over 15 years of experience managing projects worth over $40 million as an electrical subcontractor/project manager. Keith has been self-employed for over 14 years and holds a master electrical license since 2006. While he's always dreamed of building homes, his wife is a realtor, and they are both passionate about the housing industry. They study new trends to ensure that Top Shelf is always the go-to for trendy and innovative designs. The farm house look is currently one of our favorites!

Our area of specialization is building ground-up Barndominiums in the KC metro area. With extensive experience managing larger commercial electrical projects and building large custom homes, our team has gained the skills necessary to deliver impeccable work. We are overqualified for being a home builder, but we choose to pursue our passion because that's what drives us.
